Offline the last week.

This is our rule which we had discussed on Sunday.

1.During meeting time - must speak english - Who speak vietnamese will be penalty 1k/once. Will be count at the end of meeting and collect money for Fund
2. Time to be at meeting 9:00 - 9:15. Who come after 9:15 will be deducted 1 mark in your 10 given score.
3. Must prepare content carefully and performe well at the meeting - Who is well done will be plused 2 mark on your 10 given marks.
4. We have one noterbook to record all your scores and collect at the end of one month - Who have the highest mark will get awards.

* Well done in content meeting will be - in time, well preparing, well presenting, this will be judged by all team.

Our Fund will be 30k/student and 50k/worker. It will be affective from August, 2011.

Last weekend, we couldn't organize meeting because it rain too big to come outside. And I think that next week, if raining, we won't cancel as last time. We should join any shop or anywhere to carry out. As you know, HCMC is usually rain so we can't cancel every time. This's my idea. How everyone?

Please accept my appologize to all of you. I agree to find a shop to have out weekly meeting. I do hope Kieu and some one else will find a suitable shop for us. Thanks for your idea, Trung

Dear all,
Sorry for my uncompleted reponsibility. At my knowledge, almost shop near by Duc Ba church are quite expensive during we rather like to meet foreign people. Pls give your idea to find a suitable shop.
(This Sunday I won't join due to company seminar at Nha Trang, so I do apologize about my absent)

There were 6 people joined the offline only, including 5 old mems and a new comer.
7th August was the day QEC's rule has been applied and noone was pelnaty

=> They are regular members of QEC^^

We also welcomed back an old mem who hidden for a long time :d....Mr Hòa (from Nha Trang)

...and the last one is a new comer - Mr Ngọc

He seemed to be shy when I took his photo

And here was......the "backstage" of QEC

P/S: Ngoc told me that he was so very happy to join our meaningfull and happy time with QEC. SAy thank you to QEC, bzc QEC brings many benefits for him. He also hope to join more with us
